Fully equipped and good standard accommodation with stunning setting near the outskirts of the city, restaurants and terraces, and the Mercure Offenburg. Fine and new-fashioned rooms, extremely comfy beds. The in-house restaurant for breakfast and dinner;)))

Close to a motorway and excellent area.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is not far from Europa Park and very close to the city center of Offenburg.

Room was excellent - clean, quiet, air-conditioned, spacious. Breakfast was very good. Ideal for stopover - very close to autobahn.

The additional cost for the superior room was money well spent.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Offenburg and had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was right in front of the Messe Bus station and not too far from the city center and train station. This made it very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, there was an interesting circus nearby that added some entertainment to my visit. I had a great time and would recommend this hotel to others.

The value for money. Restaurant is very good.

It was a little noisy at night. I could not figure out if it was the motorway nearby or airplanes. 10 Euro parking per night disturbs seriously the otherwise good value for money.

I loved the cheerful cityscape, the mild climate, and the good air of the Black Forest. The hotel's restaurant served great food and the swimming pool was fantastic.

I had so much fun paying 10 euros per day for parking at this "moderate" hotel on the outskirts of a small provincial town. How delightful!

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to a popular amusement park and offers a quiet environment. the staff was friendly and the room was clean, which made my stay comfortable. the breakfast had a good variety of options and the internet access was free.

We chose this hotel because of its location for our journey from Italy to the Amsterdam ferry. We also chose to upgrade our accommodation and felt that the superior room was well worth the additional cost.

it was not too far a walk into town, the staff were friendly and spoke good english and the pool was very good.

Attentive and friendly service

I had a wonderful experience at Mercure Hotel in Offenburg. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. They were always available, ready to assist with any queries or needs I had. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued as a guest.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the limited breakfast menu and the parking fee, they did not overshadow the exceptional service and hospitality I received from the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Offenburg.

Very hard to find. We could see it, but couldn't drive to it. No free wi-fi or breakfast. The breakfast buffett was more expensive than dinner.

Civilised hotel with attentive staff, some ten minutes walk from the city centre.

The rate was higher than advertised along with add ons such as parking and Internet.
